Scenario (an assumption, not a forecast)

  1. Halving: April 2028
  2. Cycle peak (estimated): October 2029

Bitcoin has no measurable revenue: its scenario extends the underlying trend of its price (capped at ±25% a year, fading over time) and the market’s 4-year cycle. It is not a revenue projection.

Green dots at the start: average price since launch, before a full year was available.

Chart: TradingView Lightweight Charts™ · Trend value drawn since May 27, 2013

Black line: the price. Green area: Bitcoin’s trend value, its long-term average adjusted for its usual gap. On the right, the scenario extends this trend with the 4-year cycle (halving, peak, low): an assumption, not a forecast. Today, Bitcoin is −32% from its trend value: below its trend. Quality A.

How it works

  1. 1We measure what the crypto earns: the fees its users pay, day after day.
  2. 2We derive a fair value: its revenue times the multiple the market usually pays for it.
  3. 3We compare it with the price: the gap gives the temperature. Without measurable revenue, we only place the price within its own trend.

The project

Dibagger is an independent project created by Cédric. The idea: look at cryptos the way you would look at a company, by comparing their price with what they earn. Data comes from public sources and is refreshed every 30 minutes. Learn more

What it is not

Not investment advice, nor a price target. Dibagger describes a situation from past data; it never tells you what to buy or when.
